Not sure about the telephone......I have had the same problem with my Dynamic Drive. Just a couple of questions..
1. Do you get any other fault ie: Brake drive fault, Parking brake fault?

or even Transmission failsafe activated?
If you do have any of these faults then it is definately an electrical fault.
1. Check battery at idle and at 2000rpm should be above 13 volts. If okay then it is the alternator.
My alternator was giving out various voltages which causes the above electrical faults to appear. Apparently the Dynamic drive is very sensitive to voltage decrepencies. CHANGE THE ALTERNATOR. I got one (brand new) for less then 240 pounds.
